Our team places the utmost importance on fabricating and delivering energy-efficient, superior quality goods that meet or exceed US and EISA requirements. As far as we know, we are the only manufacturer in the United States to offer insulated panels made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) that feature an R-value of 42 (68% greater than EISA requires for coolers and 31% greater than the freezer requirement). This translates into very significant energy savings, and because EPS does not lose its insulative capacity over time as other materials do, it means a lifetime of savings. Our R&D team is currently developing a number of innovations to deliver other types of energy efficiency, and as our customer, you will be the first to benefit when these become available.

The Right Design

As the manufacturer, we have great flexibility in what we are able to recommend and fabricate, and we will work closely with you in the spirit of Design-Build, meaning that we actively look for ways to enhance your initial design. We will look at available space & building height, different refrigeration options, and different layouts. We may ask you about the traffic flow in your operation, about the number of SKUs, desired pallet positions, the timing of deliveries & shipments, etc. We will look at such aspects as condensation potential, chamber footprint, door types & placement, and many other aspects. Then we will propose what we think is an ideal solution, but because we live in the real world too, we make you aware of feature tradeoffs so as to make your precious budget dollars work as hard as you do.
